Happy Earth Week!

In honour of Earth Day this week, many people including yours truly, like to extend Earth Day into Earth Week. Here are some photo's I've taken over the years of our beautiful Mother Nature.

So, we have been vegan for a week now. It was a little difficult for Dan this weekend, but he survived it and he doesn't seem deterred yet. Especially since today at work he got a peanut butter smoothie made with rice milk. I'm jealous!
